Life is so unpredictable.....

Life is so unpredictable.....
In the memory of Mr. Balan
▪ By Mrs Annapoorni Balan - UNVolunteer
“Most of us have two lives. The life we live, and the unlived life within us.”
― Steven Pressfield

Life is never easy, but it has it's own vision of comfort, toil, hardship twist and turns - ups and downs  -but still we move  on the with our lives in the same manner without any notion of what lies ahead of us.
We spend our days with the dream of being able to live another day. We spend our time without living in the moment. We promise ourselves we’ll never be afraid but we let the fear of failure  forces  us to back off- then suddenly death knocks on the door and we realise we never got to live that one day or moment. We realise that our fear of having lived that unlived life.

Do not be Afraid but Don’t hold Back

I remember being too afraid to get rid of the supporting wheels of my bicycle when I was a kid. My friends used to make fun of me for that matter and eventually, I was not the last one to have those wheels.I was afraid to my bones. I asked my mother to be beside me with the first aid kit for support but I could never achieve as fear was more powerful, though I tried not to  give up but the numerous attempts, i tired never failed but success came in bits & pieces.

The day I learnt , courage does not lie in being afraid. It lies in facing those  your fears head on. The moment you start letting your fears dictate terms , you will stop living.

It's time to step out of your comfort zone

We easily use to spend a major part of our entire life living within our comfort zone. It’s  never easy to try something new but very easy to  dare to be differently. It’s easy to be afraid and give in to our fears.

Monotony of our life has never left a mark that can be remembered. The comfort zone we live with never  yielded something beautiful which will make us laugh. An unlived life  never makes a person happy.

Experience and risks of a rescuers from an unlived life

Experience of life will be your library and risk  you undertake  will be your teacher. True knowledge comes from experiences and risks of life lived in fear of achieving some more. They save you from an unlived life and make you who you are.

Age doesn’t matter

So many people with wrinkled face and crooked body have more life in their eyes than the ones with young blood and painless joints. Death comes the moment you stop living, whether or not you are breathing.

Don’t be afraid of death but always fear the   unlived life you have never lived.

You don’t have to live forever, you just have to live that moment.” ― Natalie Babbitt

You die only once

Death is inevitable and that's the ultimate truth of life. We all have to face it one day in our life.

Every time you kill your dreams, no matter how small they were , you die a little.
Every time you live up to someone else’s expectation , your own remains unanswered and  dies a slow death.
The  final death kills your body, while these little deaths kills your soul.

Make the unison of life and death a happy one

Live life to the fullest. The bad decisions you make  need to be mended with time.
The wrong choices you make ,  whether right or wrong  you need  to  laugh at them.

Falling down and getting up is a lesson of life we all should learn.

Rest when tired but never  create an atmosphere surrounding you which is full of happiness, love and joy.

Life is too short to think t about its consequences and  too fragile to carry the weight of regret- stubborn to reason with, but in the end , it will seek death.
So, make sure that when we meet  life-life has many tales to tell.

Conclusion

If living forever would have made one great, no great man would have died young. If an unlived life would satisfy the soul, no one would fear death. Make your life count in the limited days you have. Be afraid but have the zeal to face your fear. Die with a smile on your face and peace in your mind.

We don't need to go in search of happiness, it's there within us,we always need to  keep it alive and glowing to spread this message of happiness in our surroundings.  Always keep heart, body, mind and soul in its  abundance stage, never let it fade or gloom but  be bright and  blooming.

Let death be awestruck with the lightning that your soul is an exclusive and different one.

Let life lose its grip with the knowledge that its course could not have been  more adventurous than the unison of life and death which will be blissful.

We live only once - live it to the fullest.
Live and love the journey of life , in its completeness -in order to  understand, accept, apply and spend some quality time within one self.

We all know life is so unpredictable ,you never know which turning will be your last. Our expectations make us more ambitious and avaracious and fail to understand the concepts of living a full fledged life
Rarely can we find a soul that feels that it has  lived  life to the fullest and was  ready for its departure from this world of life

Sometimes the most unexpected incident occurs when it must not have  crossed our thoughts or vision but still it  happens and we need  to accept it and  live with it called life

Questions to teachers in a school

HOW questions

There are few HOW related questions that every teacher wish to here from every stakeholders - Parents, Principals and Students.

But generally it is not being asked often.

From these questioning, a teacher can assess her living environment so well.

What are those questions?

Important task of a teacher is to answer always apart from teaching.

How do you feel in school ?
How do you wish to learn ?
How do you wish to be treated ?

Communication is the key to a teacher.
Teaching itself a dialogue than a process. It needs questions and answers.

Ask and ask more and more questions to your child's teacher to know more about your child.

First and foremost, every parent should ask their child’s teacher

How they plan on assessing their classwork, their homework and their tests this year?

Importantly,
HOW MUCH HOMEWORK WILL BE GIVEN?

This is a question that not only parents want to know, but every student as well.

After all, every teacher has a different schedule and even a different opinion when it comes to homework.

Some parents prefer not to assign it at all, while others think that a little reassessment at home doesn’t hurt.

And then there are other teachers who don’t give homework but expect their students to study every night or at least a few nights before a major test.

Therefore asking these kind of questions and it's answer may help parents to help their children in helping in completing the homework. Therefore it is important to ask.

How can my child improve in academics?

So many parents know, no child is perfect, especially when it comes to their academics.

For some kids, school can be a breeze, while for others it can be a downright struggle.

For other kids they might be doing very well in most of their subjects but falling behind in something important like mathematics and in cases Science too.

This question makes every teacher to feel good and worth.

How can I support you dear teacher?

These are five little words that many teachers don’t hear but definitely want to hear more often: how can I support you.

This is like received life time Achievement award. Teaching is not an easy job, regardless if you are at a public school, a private school.

You basically have the world’s future in your hands, times how many kids you have in your classroom.

Teachers want to get their work done right because they know it’s up to them to produce the best that society can offer.

So any help that parents can provide is more than just greatly appreciated.

Another important question which every teacher like is that:

How can I contact you dear teacher?

As mentioned above, communication is key. You want to ask your child’s teacher what is the best way that you can contact them from the first day of school.

Another good question a teacher like to hear from parent is,

How can I teach my child in my home as you do in classroom?

Teach me the technique you adopt, I do it in my home. Because my child loves your method of handling my child. Some teachers prefer e-mail. Others don’t mind phone calls, while some do things the old-fashioned way with a handwritten note that you can stick in your child’s folder. Either way, the door should be open for you.

Another question is
How and what can I ask my child

Teachers know better than anyone about what and how to be questioned a child.

Parents too wanted to adopt the same way to get best out of the child.

Therefore Parents should ask teachers questions of this kind for the fruitful growth.c

Don’t know why Dad is always lagging behind

Don’t know why Dad is always lagging behind

1. Mom carries for 9 months, Dad carries for 25 years, both are equal, still don’t know why Dad is lagging behind.

2. Mother works without pay for the family, Dad spends all his pay for the family, both their efforts are equal, still don’t know why Dad is lagging behind.

3. Mom cooks whatever you want, Dad buys whatever you want, both their love is equal, but Mom’s love is shown as superior. Don’t know why Dad is lagging behind.

4. When you talk over the phone, you want to talk to Mom first, if you get hurt, you cry ‘Mom’. You will only remember dad when you need him, but did Dad never  feels bad that you don’t remember him the other times? When it comes to receiving love from children, for generations, we see that Dad is always lagging.

5.  Cupboards will be filled with colorful sarees and many clothes for kids but Dad’s clothes are very few, he doesn’t care about his own needs, still don’t know why Dad is lagging behind.

6.  Mom has many gold ornaments, but Dad has only one ring that was given during his wedding . Still Mom complaints of less jewellery and Dad doesn't. Still don't know why is Dad lagging behind.

7. Dad works very hard all his life to take care of the family, but when it comes to getting recognition, he is always lagging behind.

8. Mom says, we need to pay college tuition this month, please don’t buy a saree for me for the festival whereas dad has not even thought of new clothes. Both their love is equal, still don’t know why Dad is lagging behind.

9. When parents become old, children say, Mom is at least useful in taking care of household chores, but they say, Dad is useless.

Dad is behind (or ‘at the back’ ) because he is the backbone of the family. Because of him, we are able to stand erect. Probably, this is the reason why he is lagging behind.

Don't know how many will relate to this post and agree to this.......
